Main Job Responsibilities:
• Maintenance the Certification (ISO, Class Certificate, Workshop Certificate
• 인증 유지 보수
• Performs internal audits of the quality system as related to documented procedures, work instructions, and the ISO 9001 International Standard
ISO 9001 국제 표준과 관련된 절차, 작업 수행, 문서의 시스템 내부 검사 수행
• Customer complaints and Claim handling for Marine and Defense business
Marine, Defense 고객 불만 및 클레임 처리
• Schedule management of Marine Classification inspection
Marine Classification inspection 일정 관리
• Identifies quality performance, trends and corrective action by coordinating with customers and suppliers
고객 및 공급 업체와 협력하여 품질 성과, 동향 및 개선 조치 식별
• Communicates and educates employee on matters requiring specialized knowledge of quality functions,
i.e Production Approval Process (PPAP), Advanced Product Quality Process (APQP), and document control
PPAP, APQP및 문서 관리 등 품질 기능에 대한 전문 지식 의사소통 및 교육
• Develops and establishes quality systems and procedures, inspection plans, quality performance trends, statistical plans, cost estimates and technical quality plans for proposals
품질 시스템 및 절차, 검사 계획, 품질 성과 동향, 통계 계획, 비용 추정 및 기술 품질 계획을 개발 및 수립
• Conform to a purchased product and suppliers manufacturing process approval procedure recognized by the customer
고객 기준 구매 제품 및 공급 업체 제조 공정 승인 절차 준수
• Develops and initiates programs to improve supplier performance
공급 업체 성능을 개선하기 위한 프로그램 개발 및 시작
• Ensures compliance to specified quality requirements by performing in-house and supplier audits and surveys
품질 기준 준수를 위한 협력업체 감사 및 조사 수행 |

| 자격요건 |
Qualification Requirements:
• + 10 Years Experienced in quality control process of marine or defense
10년이상의 Marine 혹은 Defense 사업 관련 QC 업무 수행 경험
• Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering and/or equivalent experience
산업 공학 학사 학위 또는 관련 분야의 학위 또는 동등한 경험 보유Certified in Quality Management
• (ISO9001/IATF16949) ISO Internal-Auditor, APQP, Certified Six-Sigma GB
품질 관리 (ISO9001 / IATF16949), ISO 내부 감사자, APQP, 식스시그마그린벨트 자격증 소지
• Written, and verbal communication skills both in Korean and English
한글, 영어 커뮤니케이션 가능한 자
• Knowledge of manufacturing and quality technologies
제조 및 품질 기술에 대한 이해
• Experience with quality improvement tools and techniques (i.e., Lean, Six Sigma, Statistical Process Control, and Failure Mode & Effects Analysis)
Lean, 식스시그마, 통계적 공정 관리, 실패 및 영향 분석 등의 품질 개선 도구 및 기술 경험 |
